I'm stuck between sizes.

6'1", 177. I vacillate between Large and Medium in other brands, but mostly err on the side of large. I am a large in Vuori's Meta Joggers for certain despite being recommended a medium. Vuori recommended a medium for the Kore shorts and they may have been right. The shorts still fit great, are very comfortable, but feel a shade loose. I am definitely going to go try a medium out.
