  I wanted to share my experience during my recent visit to the store. I unintentionally made a mistake by trying on a jacket over my T-shirt while standing in the open store rather than using the fitting room. I understand that this wasn’t the appropriate way to try it on, and I would have been more than happy to apologize and move to the fitting room if the employee had simply communicated that politely. Unfortunately, the employee’s response and tone came across as quite rude. I believe the same message could have been conveyed in a much more courteous and customer-friendly manner. Additionally, some of the items displayed on the website were not available at this store, which was also disappointing. I’m sharing this feedback because I believe customer service is just as important as the products a store offers. A little courtesy and understanding can make a big difference in the overall shopping experience.

  ​I visited the Vuori store this morning (Tuesday morning). From the exact color I wanted to the size and fit—everything was perfect! ​Cris was so professional, communicated exceptionally well, and was immensely helpful! ​I'm not sure if she works every Tuesday morning, but if you're visiting the store and looking for something specific, definitely ask for her! ​I've visited this store many times, but she was by far the best. ​Oh, and of course—all the other staff members are wonderful too! ;] ​Thank you so much, Cris!!!!

  Excellent new Vuori store at the Avalon. Clean, beautiful layout, wonderful fragrance and kind customer service. Wide selection of Vuori products and good value for Vuori quality. Welcome addition to the Avalon. 5 stars easily and two thumbs up!

  We were walking out of this store and a guy almost tripped on their sign out front ( which had fallen). He was trying to fix it and someone from Vuori came out and said “ I can fix it” the guy said “ ok, yeah, I almost tripped on it” and the vuori employee was like “ yeah, I have eyes…” Which was so rude. Not a welcoming place to shop.

  I’ve been into a Vuori store about 4 times now or so and have had the best customer service all times but especially the one in Avalon!! I walked in today and was meet with the sweetest smile by a girl who helped me with a skirt. I had the help of this lovely lady by the name of Marjorie and she made the whole experience 10 times better! She was fun, outgoing, full of character, and the best personality. She made my day so much better by just a 5 minute conversation!!

  First time in store ever , I just came in to browse with my girlfriend . We were approached by Margie and let me tell you something . . what an awesome experience it was . She was so joyful, energetic and very HELPFUL . My girlfriend ended up finding 3 things she loved and felt comfortable in thanks to Margie and when checking out and paying we met Jay. She was also an amazing character . First time in the store and i was not dissatisfied we will definitely come back .
