  Absolutely awful and disappointing experience at the Vuori in Corte Madera today. My sister and I were barely acknowledged when we walked in no greeting, no offer to help, and no one checked on us while we were shopping. We had to ask someone to start a fitting room, and even then, the interaction felt extremely dismissive. A few minutes later, I asked to add another item to our fitting room and was simply pointed toward the fitting room area. When I opened the door, everything that had been set aside for us had been cleared out. When I explained what happened, I was basically told to go find all the items again myself. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was watching two women walk in afterward and immediately receive a completely different level of attention warm greetings, questions about what they were looking for, and attentive service. Meanwhile, my sister and I were left alone and were never checked on. We were the only people of color in the store at the time, and the difference in how we were treated honestly made the experience feel racially influenced. I can't say what the employees' intentions were, but it was incredibly uncomfortable and difficult not to notice. We've been to this location before and never experienced anything like this, which made today's interaction even more disappointing. I've been shopping with Vuori since 2015 and have been a longtime supporter of the brand, so to leave a store feeling unwelcome and singled out was genuinely upsetting. I understand that employees have busy moments, but this went beyond that. The lack of basic customer service, combined with the stark difference in how other customers were treated, left a really bad impression. I expected much more from a brand I've supported for nearly a decade.

  Was just here and a total nuisance with returns, sizing questions, asking to order stuff, etc. The woman who helped me was warm, empathetic and provided such great customer service. Not only do I love this brand, it's always so nice to feel genuinely cared for when going into a physical store.

  Very very disappointing staff behaviour, overly professional, inhuman act, zero kindness and lack of compassion of humanity. Vouri loat 10year old loyal customer for their 3staffa strict and rude attitude. Avoid going to this corte moderate store. Very useless staff. Full of wrong attitude, rude, arrogant, unkind behaviour and Co operation

  Hands down, Vuori is my favorite premium athletic wear brand. I discovered them in Aspen, Colorado, at a ski shop years before the store opened at the Corte Madera mall. I love the material and quality of all their products. Their joggers and leggings are favorites, and I own multiple pairs of both. I love that Vuori prioritizes "fabric-first" design with buttery-soft, moisture-wicking materials. The fit is always perfect. I can't say enough positive things about the brand and the store. Grateful to have a Vuori store in Marin.

  This store is run by high school kids. I don't know what the hell happened. It used to be good. As soon as I go in, a young high school guy putting a sports bra back frowning at me like what are you doing here. It seems like no one has trained them on welcoming people. No one was at the counter and I waited five minutes! Finally an employee came to help, not even said one word and completely ignored me when I said thank you and said how did u find everything ok to the high school couple behind me! Incredibly rude. I do not even want to go to Vuori ever again after this experience !
