I wanted to share my appreciation for the incredible team at the University Village store in Seattle.Yesterday , I brought in a favorite insulated coat that had developed a small hole near the wrist from a hot pot in kitchen , simply hoping to see if it could be repaired. Instead of turning me away, the staff went completely above and beyond to help me out, taking care of it and setting me up with a gift card toward a replacement. I happily paid the small difference to walk out with the new Canyon jacket in Cherry. The level of genuine customer care at this store is amazing, and it ensures I’ll be a Vuori customer for life!

Great store with lots of natural fiber clothing. Cassidy was an awesome sales associate. We ended up missing an item we had purchased when we got home and she promptly refunded our card when we explained the situation on the phone.

  Response from Vuori

Posy and staff was amazing. I needed to get a specific item for my wedding and they found a location with the item and made it work! They had to call multiple locations! One of the best customer service experiences I have had! Will be a loyal customer her from now on

Posy and team was awesome! Needed an item for my wedding and the found a store that had it. Called multiple locations and had to call the store multiple times to make it work! Posy went above and beyond and this company is lucky to have an employee like her. The rest of the staff was equally as helpful in the situation

I followed a friend into this shop. Looked at price tag and scoffed. BUT... I found a bra top and shorts on sale. And that started my obsession. I now own multiple joggers, leggings and tops. I adore the feel and the fit. This is my local store and they always take great care of me.

  Response from Vuori
